Ingredients
- 1lb Chopped Beef
- ¼ Cup Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Salt & Pepper Mix
- 1 ¼ Cooked Cup Rice
- 1 Cup Chopped Onions
- 2 tsp Grated Pecorino Romano Cheese
Instructions
- In a large skillet sauté the olive oil, salt and pepper, and onion until onions are lightly brown.
- Remove onions from the heat.
- In a smaller skillet, brown the chopped meat until it’s all browned.
- Strain the grease from the meat and add the meat to the large skillet with the onions; mix well.
- Add rice to the meat mixture. Mix well.
- Add grated cheese and mix all ingredients well.
- Plate and serve.
