Ingredients

  • 1lb Chopped Beef
  • ¼ Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt & Pepper Mix
  • 1 ¼ Cooked Cup Rice
  • 1 Cup Chopped Onions
  • 2 tsp Grated Pecorino Romano Cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet sauté the olive oil, salt and pepper, and onion until onions are lightly brown.
  2. Remove onions from the heat.
  3. In a smaller skillet, brown the chopped meat until it’s all browned.
  4. Strain the grease from the meat and add the meat to the large skillet with the onions; mix well.
  5. Add rice to the meat mixture. Mix well.
  6. Add grated cheese and mix all ingredients well.
  7. Plate and serve.
