Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe frozen banana, peeled and sliced
  • ¼ medium ripe avocado 
  • 1 large handful spinach 
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed 
  • 1 cup of unsweetened plain almond milk 
  • 2 teaspoons Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1-2 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. 
  2. Serve Immediately.
